CLEANING FEE of $75.00 will be added to the cost of your rental. 

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of $200.00 will be added to the cost of your rental fee and returned within 14 business days of your departure.  “The Pocono Chalet” must be inspected for damage and or theft before any deposit is refunded.

REFUNDS are Offered if reservation is cancelled within (3) three days of signing this rental agreement but not less than 48 hours prior to check in.  A $50.00 Cancellation Fee will apply.  Alternate stay arrangements may be made instead of a cancellation.  However, customers are subject to a reservation change fee of $100.00.

Smoking:  Please remember some of our guest are allergic to smoke and we ask that you PLEASE SMOKE OUTSIDE.  Thank you!

Pets:  The Chalet is Pet Freindly.  However, due to the necessary cleaning that needs to be completed after a pet rental a $100.00 cleanng fee will be added to the cost of your rental.  We ask that all pets are clean and house broken and that you clean up after your animals waste.  Any waste found in the home or yard will be cause for loss of your deposit.

                                                   Disclosure

Prior to your stay, The Chalet and its contents have been inspected, inventoried and found in working order.  Any damage to the property, it's contents or any theft will be the responsibility of the renter.  Any repairs or replacement as a result of such damage or theft will be billed to the renter’s credit card. 

The Pocono Chalet and it's owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, illness or death related to the premises or any activities that the renters, any member of the renting party or their guests may engage in during their stay.
